Certain applications on the Ticketworld web site may require users to register or to provide personal information in order to make a commercial transaction (e.g. purchase tickets to a show), to enter a contest/promotion, or to subscribe to a newsletter.

When you access our website to browse, search for events and/or buy tickets you are in a platform developed and owned by a third party ( Software Provider ) and is subject to this privacy policy.

Your voluntary decision to create an account in our system gives us your willingness to provide your personal information, thereby doing so you expressly consent to the collection, use, disclosure and retention of your personal information in accordance with DPA and Ticketworld's privacy policy.

This information is collected on behalf of Ticketworld and is shared with a limited number of authorized third parties to which we knowingly disclose information to assist in creating a more personalized purchasing experience. Note that no financial information (e.g., credit card numbers) are shared, and all information is stored securely and in encrypted form. Our software provider uses a PCI DSS compliant host environment to ensure that credit card information are maintained in a secure domain.

We will use your personal data when we sell a ticket or some other service to you, where it is necessary for our legitimate interests, where you have asked us to or where we need to comply with a legal obligation.

Marketing messages and promotional offers

We strive to provide you with choices regarding certain personal data uses, particularly around marketing and advertising.

You will receive marketing communications from us if you have requested information from us or purchased products or services from us. You'll also receive these communications if you have said that we can send them to you when you provided us with your details when you entered a competition, signed up for a newsletter or responded to a survey.

We do, however with your authorization may share your personal data with partner companies who play an essential part in enabling us to provide our products and services to you, such as payment gateway providers, IT and system administration providers and others who help us run our business. Ticketworld uses commercially reasonable methods, technology and tools to secure your personal data from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. Ticketworld secures the personally identifiable information you provide in the Website in a controlled, secure environment, protected from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. When personal data (such as a credit card number) is transmitted to other websites such as payment processors, it is protected through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol.

CHANGES TO THE POLICY

From time to time, Ticketworld may update the Policy, as necessary, and will post the revised policy at http://premier.ticketek.com.ph/Content/buyers/privacy.aspx. If we make material changes to the Policy that expand our rights to collect and/or use your Personal Information, we will notify you through the Site.

YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS

You have lots of legal rights relating to your personal data, including the right to object to processing of your personal data, to withdraw consent and refuse retention of your data and at such period your information will either be destroyed or anonymized. Remember, we've tried to make it easy for you to stop direct marketing messages – you can always do this via our preference centre, by clicking on an unsubscribe link in any of our emails or contacting Ticketworld via email, phone or mail.
